In my garden, the rose opened. But I was in too much of a hurry, and passed it by. Love remembered me and said, I will make a rose bloom in your heart.

My Balcony garden                                                                                Perhaps it would be a good idea, fantastic as it sounds, to muffle every
telephone, stop every motor and halt all activity for an hour some day
to give people a chance to ponder for a few minutes on what it is all
about, why they are living, and what they really want –
James Truslow Adams

“No Hurry!”  “Take your time!”  “Relax!”

“I am a laid back person” every second person says this famous phrase. But, does it really mean what it says?

We are doing everything in hurry, without enjoying so much of the nature’s own process. We want the result in high percentage, in sales, in marketing, in so called corporate world mechanism, WE CAN’T STAND LONG IN A QUEUE,  we are hurry in sports to reach the goal, in education, in constructing world’s longest sea tunnels and skyscrapers. We are in hurry to see our garden flowers are blooming in short time, crops are full of new seeds and growing faster than the time, fruits are ripe before it reaches marketplace. And, most of the road accidents? Argument with your spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend? Because you have no time to listen. Managers, you are more pathetic in this case! SIGH! There are no shortcuts in life. You can’t be in such a hurry and hope to succeed. You have to care enough about people to serve them the right way; you have to make them the focus. If you’ll do that the rewards will astounding.

Now “SLOW DOWN”!

  • Live your life valuing and estimating the count of your own breathing.
  • Your are not a part of mechanism of corporate culture.
  • You are not a slave of monthly sales target.
  • Don’t forget about the everyday car collisions too!
  • You have no time to look around to see a child’s smile.
  • You have not been to any live cultural show for years.
  • You have no time to make children.
  • You have not given priority to your own body and soul mechanism.
  • You are busy texting and sending reports to Marketing Head, when in wedding party.
  • You think your old parents don’t have to feel your presence; because, you send them money when in need.
  • You do Online shopping to save your time. that’s good! But, are you not losing your own freedom to go and look up and touch the real product you want to purchase?
  • Your friends are more real on Social networking site, but not in front.
  • You look more to your the screens of your window PC, tablet and mobile than the roses of your garden, than changing of the leaves of the big tree in front of your house.
  • You are plugging headphone into your ears for a conference call in the early morning than to listen to the hoots, songs, chatter, trill and tweets.

How can you liberate yourself?  Are you ready for living for your own Mechanism? Will you give an opportunity to take few conscious deep breathe to yours lungs? Will you give some love to your slow pumping heart? Will you give some rest to your beautiful eyes? will Listen to the birds songs, nature and the whole universe want to talk to you?

Living in a suicidal habitat

“I want to save everyone from pain, depression, loneliness and heartache, But how can I do if I myself in Pain?” – Unknown 70b9a34362e40a6313aeb490b07a578a

We keep denying the contrast of life and living in blur all of shadow of happiness and sorrows, pain, disguise, trauma, depression and deprivation. Everyday news of  suicides of farmers in Telnagana, India is grim. I started feeling sad that despite our country is so capable and blessed with abundant natural resources farmers had to take extreme decision of taking their own life, it was no other way left for them than to commit suicide. Yes, this time also the culprit is government. It is the poverty, loan system for farmers which not helped in the time of drought and other uncertainty of weather.

But, what happened to those who has no such extreme reasons to commit suicide? India, many western society’s dream holy destination, who come every year to learn it’s divinity and surpass amongst the whole world how their life changed after visiting rural India, Dharamshala, after participation in yoga retreat in Rishikesh. It’s a quite a loathsome to know that the official estimates of number of Indians take their lives annually as many as 200,000. Almost half of the suicides committed in this country is motivated by family and health reasons.

It’s not surprising to see growing suicide rates in the world are mostly amongst Asian and African countries. while most of the countries with high-suicide rates are daunting cases of poverty and unemployment. This includes, Russia, Turkmenistan, South Sudan, Burundi, Kazakhstan, Nepal, United Republic Of Tanzania, Mozambique, Suriname, Lithuania, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Democratic republic of Korea, Guyana, Comoros, Sudan.Bhutan, Zimbabwe, Belarus,Japan, Hungary, Uganda are just to name it.

But, Wait!!!! What is paradox of developed countries and it’s love for the suicide? Countries in the developed world must have everything good for them. Thier high-income, good health care, Insurance policies, least corruption, access to modern technology and in general higher standard of living look so perfect. Look at the Scandinavian countries. Are not they have the world’s best facilities? Are not they are the happiest people on this earth? More Americans now die more of suicide than in car accident. Ireland has a relatively high rate which is situated within the 18-20 per 100,000 range, though far lower than Baltic countries.

This is ironic, contradiction, paradox and gloomy that we human are stretching ourselves beyond our capacity. Where rich countries and the people are more privileged on the contrary they demand more from life, sensitive to very minute problems and suffer from depression quite often and which leads to more committing of suicides. Where as Unprivileged countries and people suffer being poor, ill and suffocated.

But, we are comparing happiness of others with us and where the most failures happen. We, the human can be each other’s  strength, where one’s weaknesses can be other’s strength. We can support each country’s weaknesses and offer what other country’s people got to best to offer  and. It can happen without blaming the government anymore. We can create our own society of self-sufficiency. We can help each other emotionally, economically and Intellectually.

Feeling of Limitless

eb56d8d5af97e85bdcf32d2d447dcd48There is no greater feeling than living true to your soul.

It comes from purpose. From meaning. From a deep sense of conviction and clarity about your mission in life.

When you’re able to connect with this level of your being, things begin to change for you in incredible ways.

You feel tapped into life. Guided by intuition. Living through inspiration. Driven by something bigger than yourself.

People around you begin to really feel your presence and passion… and you may just experience a phenomenon where it seems the universe itself seems to have your back and support you.

This feeling is difficult to describe using words, but Vishencalls it the state of ” Limitless.”

Tips to make Homemade soap and Hand-Wash:

HOMEMADE BODY WASH RECIPE

Ingredients:

Castile Soap

Apricot oil (or almond oil, jojoba oil, etc)

Vitamin E oil

optional – essential oils

Water

Directions:

Fill an empty bottle up a fourth of the way with liquid castile soap. I use Dr. Bronner’s castile soap, typically.

Next, add in your favorite oil. I like apricot oil because it’s on the cheaper side, but almond oil or jojoba oil will work great, too! 3 tablespoons will do for a 16oz bottle. However, if your bottle is smaller, a tablespoon or two will be enough.

Then, add in a tablespoon of vitamin E. Again, adjust accordingly depending on the size of your bottle.

While I don’t typically add in essential oils, you can certainly opt to. Add these in now with the oils and give the bottle a good swirl.

Lastly, fill the bottle the rest of the way up with water, cap it, and shake.

The oils will, of course, separate from the water. To incorporate them together again, I give the bottle a good shake before I wash my body.

And there you have it – now you know how to make homemade body wash if you run out, or want to try a cheaper but quality product.

Homemade Liquid Hand Soap Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Liquid castile soap

Water

Oil (such as apricot or hemp)

Vitamin E – Optional

Essential oils – Optional

DIRECTIONS:

Fill about a quarter of the bottle with liquid castile soap.

Add 2 teaspoons of an oil of your choice – two good options may be apricot or hemp oil. You can even use olive oil.

You may also add a teaspoon or two of vitamin E oil for added skin benefits.

Add 15-20 drops of your choice of essential oil. Lemongrass is a favorite of mine. This time I used clove, cinnamon and thieves since we are in the middle of the cold and flu season. This combo smells great, too!

Slowly fill the bottle up the rest of the way with water. Screw the top on and give it a gentle shake to incorporate everything.

Before use, you may want to give it a gentle swirl to combine the oils back into the soap mixture.
